It's located at 803/21 Harbour Street, Wollongong.
The apartment is part of the nine-storey 'Harbour Square' complex, a project of developers/builders Pupovac Constructions and Peter Taranto.
It features three double bedrooms, plus study and two bathrooms.
It also offers panoramic beach, coast, park and escarpment vistas.
Selling agent, Rob Austin from Harrison Property said the brand new apartment was initially held back from the off-the-plan sales by the developers, but was now on the market.
"The location is sensational - you walk to the park, the beach, the harbour, the city, the restaurants, Entertainment Centre," he said.
"As far as I'm concerned, that is the most central, Wollongong city location.
"You can leave the car in the garage and walk to all the facilities.
"The quality is first-class - the finishes are the best finishes you could put in there.
"And the views are just breathtaking."
Mr Austin said inquiries regarding properties at the top end of the region's market remained "really strong", despite the pandemic.
