That contest will be raced over 2000m on Saturday September 19, with the trainer eager for further improvement from his five-year-old.
The Melbourne Cup remains the goal, with Parker hoping he can progress through the 2400m Metropolitan and 2600m St Leger.
Think It Over produced an impressive second in the first start of this prep a fortnight ago and with many of the same horses lining up on Saturday, the trainer is confident he will vie for victory.
"I was happy with his first up run, he came through good and this is the next step," Parker said.
"It looks a very similar field to the first run, it's just a matter of whether he'll sprint as well as he did first up.
"We're looking at stepping up to the Kingston Town over 2000m next start, then the Metropolitan and probably stay up here for the St Leger. That will help us map out the rest of his prep."
While Think It Over will be at Randwick, another of Parker's top charges will be travelling to Hawkesbury.
Tampering will contest a 1400m conditional benchmark 68, the race to be used as a stepping stone to Sydney midweek grade.
