The health focused school holiday workshops, called Active In-Betweens, are open to children living within the 2527 postcode.

It's designed to emphasise the importance of physical activity and healthy eating while building social connections.

The activities include basketball, nutrition, cooking and a hip hop workshop - with professional basketballer Tim Coenraad also making an appearance.

It's produced by Healthy Cities Illawarra and runs from September 29 to October 1. 10am to 2pm at District Park in Calderwood.
