It shapes as a crucial match at North Dalton Park for both sides with just three rounds left until the Men's Premier Division finals series begins.

Wollongong and Kiama sit in the top four, but the Power have grabbed plenty of attention after toppling the Kangaroos last round.

"They were massive last week. We only played them a month ago and I think they've probably improved considerably since then. It's going to be red hot," Burgess said.

"They've [Kiama] talked about their fast starts. I think they're probably pretty important across the board. We need to manage the momentum when it changes, because we know there will be momentum shifts in the game. We need to be able to manage that when it comes and to capitalise when we get the ball back in our hands."

The Lions also head into Saturday's game on the back of an impressive win, after beating the second-placed Bulldogs.

However, Burgess said there was still "plenty of room for improvement".

"We had to bounce back after we fell to the Tigers," the coach said. "Last week, we probably played two-and-a-half, maybe three quarters of good footy so we're still finding our touch.

"We tweaked a few things, found a bit of form and hopefully we can carry that into this weekend."

In Saturday's other games, Shellharbour hosts the Bulldogs at Myimbarr Oval and Northern Districts meets Bomaderry at Hollymount Park.
