He promised to blood some youth in 2020 and the move now appears to be paying off for Tarrawanna coach Peter Willis.

The Blueys have won back-to-back games, including a 2-0 win over Bellambi on Saturday afternoon at Tarrawanna Oval, to remain in the hunt for a Premier League finals berth.
Young gun Zac Mazevski opened Tarrawanna's account in the 18th minute before Matthew Naylor also found the back of the net 17 minutes later to give their side a 2-0 lead at half time.
Neither side was able to score in the second half. However, an excellent save by goalkeeper Adam Rodrigues following a Vaughan Patterson penalty proved to be a key moment for the home side.
Willis said it was an impressive win against a strong Rosellas side.
"Bellambi are a biggish side and they've got some experience," the coach said.
"But we could have had two or three more to be honest, we failed to put them in. But it was good to get the result, I'm really pleased with the whole team to be honest with what we're achieving.
"It's obviously been a strange situation here [shorter IPL season] but the younger lads have had their chance to come in and see what they can do. So it's all experience for them, which is good."
Willis said Saturday's result continued Tarrawanna's solid recent run of form.
"We've done really well the last few weeks. We've not really had a settled side because we've had a lot of injuries," he said.
"But they're all training together so the boys who are coming in know what's happening. We've obviously mainly got younger lads, but they've stepped up and done exceptionally well. I'm quite pleased with the collection of players."
