Technically the four baby Meerkats arrived in August but their birth was kept under wraps until they were deemed fit and healthy.
Zookeepers wasted no time naming the pubs 'Milo, Kabu, Maliah and Keeya when they came out of their nest box last week. They are part of a clan of 12 Meerkats who are expected to be popular when the school holidays started later this month.
And are not the only multiple births at Symbio as the weather warms up for the promise of a better summer in 2020/21. Pygmy Marmosets twins arrived on June 27. Members of the world's smallest monkey family they each weighed in at 15 grams and will grow to only 100 grams as adults.
Kevin Fallon said there has also been a recent explosion in the kangaroo and wallaby population to kickstart Spring.
