Nerves because he has stablemates facing off in two races. Excitement because all four horses are genuine chances of winning.
Revellers and Just A Hustler will be the first to line up, the pair contesting a 1500 metre benchmark 58.
The former enters the race on the back of a solid second at Moruya last Monday, while the latter will line up for her third race following a year-long layoff.
"The way he ran last start, Revellers will be hard to beat," Price said. "He does have a tendency to mix his form, so I want to see more consistency.
"Just A Hustler has her third run after knee surgery. Her first up run was really good, I was a little disappointed second up, but perhaps I was being a little harsh. If the track softens up well, it should suit her."
Price will watch his horses go around two races later when Against The Tide and Tearaway Charlie contest a 1300m benchmark 58.
With Tearaway Charlie first up this prep and Against The Tide running at Goulburn earlier this month, the trainer hands a slight edge to the more conditioned horse.
"Against The Tide always races well at Goulburn, he's up in the weight, but he's earned it and will be hard to beat. Tearaway Charlie has drawn a lovely gate, he'll be hard to get past and setting the speed up front.
"He's first up, which could be a concern, but he has had three strong jump outs. Against The Tide had a run in a 1000m race that was stronger than this one, he'll be hard to beat."
