The six-bedroom, custom-built property on Stafford Street, Gerroa, has a price guide of $4 million to $4.25 million.
Sitting on 560sqm, the three-storey home is located on one of the area's most sought-after streets.
Owners Guy and Jane Olbourne bought the original house in 2014, initially using it as a weekender.
About a year later they began a knockdown-rebuild, with a goal of creating a new custom-built home that was better suited to their young family.
Mr Olbourne said they didn't build straight away "because we wanted to live there and get a feel for it all".
"The old home just didn't really suit what we wanted," he said.
"It was a pretty old home, and we had visions of what to do there. It just didn't suit our purposes at the time.
"We'd always had the mindset that we loved the location, but this place deserves to have a great build that's front and back aspect, so we did it.
"We've got a pretty big family and plenty of family from Sydney to come visit, so we needed more space."
Their high-profile neighbours include Fitzgibbons and Sebastian, while surfer Tyler Wright lives around the corner.
"I was the original Guy on the street," Mr Olbourne laughed.
"There's definitely some famous people about... They're both great."
Mr Olbourne said they had designed the home to have both east and west aspects.
He said they were selling as they were "looking at other options as our family grows".
"It's a pretty sought-after spot and tightly held," he said.
"It's a pretty special property. You get sunrise over the water, over the east, but looking out the back of the house you've got water views, you get sunrises over the water, and you get sunsets every afternoon looking out the front of the house which is looking west.
"Because we're out on the headland you get the sunsets over the escarpment on the water there, which is pretty special.
"Gerroa just has that country/coastal feel. You feel like you're in the country and the coast all at the one time, which is pretty unique. It's such a beautiful area."
Other features include multi-level balconies, an eight-metre long mineral swimming pool and a generous garden, as well as high ceilings and a bespoke solid wooden staircase.
Selling agent, Carrie Bond from South Coast Prestige Properties said the home is located on one of the most sought-after streets in the district.
"The location also benefits from the amenities of Gerringong, Berry, and Kiama, making it a very marketable holiday rental," she said.
