A 36-year-old man has been charged after police swooped on a Berkeley property and found weapons and an estimated $300,000 worth of ice.

Following a months-long investigation, officers raided a house on Massey Street under a search warrant about 7.15am on Wednesday.
Police found and seized almost 60g of methamphetamine drug paraphernalia, cash, five bicycles believed to be stolen and prohibited weapons.
These items will undergo forensic examination.
The man was arrested and taken to Lake Illawarra Police Station, where he was charged with one count of supplying a commercial quantity of drugs, one count of dealing with proceeds of crime and seven counts of possessing a prohibited weapon.
He was refused bail and is due to appear in Wollongong Local Court on Thursday.
Inquiries are continuing.
