Detectives swooped on Church Street business just after 10am on Friday and arrested a 48-year-old man.
A short time later, a second man - aged 55 - was arrested on Carr Street in Towradgi.
Both men were taken to Wollongong Police Station, where they are currently being interviewed.
A search warrant was carried out at the business, with the assistance of the Dog Unit and Wollongong PD Proactive Crime Team.
Detectives established Strike Force Fame in May to investigate the alleged supply of 'ice' from the business.
Police said inquiries are continuing and charges are expected to be laid.
The arrests come days after an estimated $300,000 worth of ice and weapons were seized from a Berkeley house in an unrelated case.
