There have been seven new cases of locally transmitted COVID-19 recorded in NSW in the latest 24-hours reporting period, all in western and south western Sydney.

There were also six new cases found in overseas travellers in hotel quarantine.
Two of the new locally acquired cases were publicly announced on Monday as doctors who worked at the A2Z Medical Clinic in Lakemba.
They are linked to a previously reported case with an unknown source, and have no known links to other clusters.
The other five new locally acquired cases were members of the same household in South Western Sydney and have provided a link between four previously unlinked cases.
They have been identified as part of the ongoing investigation into four previously reported unlinked cases, including a nurse from St Vincent's Hospital.
NSW Health advised that one of these new cases is a disability support worker who worked at three small group homes in South Western Sydney.
Contact tracing and investigations with seven clients and their staff is underway.
Another one of these new cases attended the Great Beginnings Oran Park childcare centre on 1, 2, 8, and 9 October while infectious.
The centre is closed today and contact and investigations are underway.
There were 8,609 tests reported to 8pm last night, compared with 7,391 in the previous 24 hours.
Meantime, Victoria reported 12 new cases of COVID-19 in the latest daily numbers.
