Buyers will have the opportunity to secure a prime land lot when 24 lots are released in the Harbour Precinct next month.
According to the developers, the new land release is the closest yet to the beachfront.
Located between Shellharbour South Beach and Shellharbour Village, about 120 metres from the marina's edge and 250 metres from the ocean, residents will enjoy boardwalk access to all the amenities, shops and dining choices in The Waterfront Town Centre.
Lot sizes range from 319.4sqm to 518.1sqm and feature frontages of 11, 13 and 15 metres.
Prices range from $635,000 to $860,000.
