The White Eagles booked a preliminary final date with Woonona following a 3-2 win over Bulli on Sunday at Wetherall Park.
Park's Cody Wehmeyer scored the opening goal after just five minutes, before Luke Van Zyl mustered Bulli's equaliser 15 minutes later.
However, a Kyle Senior goal just before the break saw the White Eagles lead by 2-1 at half time.
There was a goal-scoring lull for most of the second half, before Park's Joel Beattie found the back of the net in the 80th minute to give his team a 3-1 advantage.
Jack Harris then scored one minute later for Bulli to set up a thrilling finish, but Park were able to hold on for the victory.
"It was amazing. Today, we dug in deep and the attitude was perfect. We gave them a game today, I can't fault them," White Eagles coach Goran Trajceski said.
"Defensively, we were amazing and the midfield worked their hearts out. They had a lot of the ball, but we had most of the chances today. But full credit to Bulli, they showed up and gave us a massive game. We're just looking forward to Woonona next week now."
While happy to enjoy the moment, Trajceski remains wary of the Sharks, who fell 1-0 to Wollongong United on Sunday at Macedonia Park.
"They will be absolutely seething after losing to United. I think they'll come out all guns blazing so we just need to be on our game," he said.
"Having said that, if the boys show up, we're a massive chance of getting into the grand final. It's all mental for us, mate. At the moment, we're mentally switched on. So I'm very happy and excited for the boys and the club. It's all good."
Conversely, Bulli's 2020 campaign is over after suffering back-to-back finals losses. Coach Julio Miranda said it was a disappointing way to finish the season.
"I felt really good about today and I thought we played some decent football and were on our game, but it was three defensive errors that cost us the game," he said.
"They've got a fairly strong front third but I thought, especially in the first half, we should have taken advantage of our possession that we had. But they've got the front three that can be pretty lethal, which was our undoing.
"But we all learn from our mistakes and the players will learn from that too. We'll just move on and plan for next year now."
