The home is located at 20 Beach Road, Stanwell Park.
The property, only steps away from Stanwell Park Beach, is scheduled to be auctioned on November 7, unless sold prior.
Owners Wendy Roche and Ray Woods bought the property in 2000.
In 2004, they undertook a major renovation, with the extension including adding another level.
"We also gutted downstairs and renovated that as well," she said.
"It's been a labour of love."
The home now features four bedrooms with an additional home office, as well as two bathrooms.
The multi-level residence features a fully functional inclinator which services three levels of the home.
They initially planned to install the lift to accommodate Ms Roche's mother, who was going to live with them, but ultimately ended up moving into a nursing home.
"We were looking at moving but we couldn't find anything we loved with this view," Ms Roche said.
"So we decided to have it as a house that we could live in for a lot longer, (so) we put the inclinator in. It's really a convenience thing.
"It's fantastic - you get home from the beach and you don't have to go up all these stairs, you just hop in the lift and up you go.
"It's a game-changer for this house, because it means that even furniture can be moved in it, and it can fit four adults."
Ms Roche said they were selling in order to downsize, but would stay in the region.
"I was looking at a post from my nephew, who wrote how heartbroken he is that we're selling," she laughed. "That's because it's sort of a home that people drop into, a home where we have lots of parties, and we can fit so many people into this house.
"It's very homely, but there's always lots going on.
"It's very hard to give up this view, but it's the sort of house a family should have, with little kids or teenagers living here."
Selling agent, Mattias Samuelsson from Ray White Helensburgh said there was currently no price guide for the property.
"When people buy a property, they're not just buying a house, they're buying a complete lifestyle," he said.
"The lifestyle being offered at 20 Beach Road is second to none.
"The house itself is really nice and all, but having the ability to sit on your deck with your family in the evening and watch the waves roll in on your left while the sun sets over the escarpment on your right, this is something that really cannot be overstated."
Mr Samuelsson said given the events of 2020, they had noticed a shift in the market with an increase in Sydney buyers looking for a change in lifestyle.
"(Therefore) these premium beachside properties are in high demand," he said.
