Director of commercial sales and leasing Travas Machan said MMJ is seeking out the best possible operators to occupy the retail tenancies that all boast wide frontages and oversized alfresco areas that will overlook the marina and promenade.
Mr Machan described it as an exciting opportunity at a dining precinct with spectacular views.
"The areas available range from 54m upwards and offer A-Grade retail accommodation equipped with commercial infrastructure and amenities catering to tenants needs," he said.
" Already confirmed is a new Tavern owned by award winning hotel group Balmoral Hospitality. This is set to create an amazing, waterfront entertainment dining experience like no other in the region."
Mr Machan said the location already boasted a Woolworths supermarket, retail shops and food and beverage outlets and will include a new library and community centre, tourist office, parklands, and hotel comprising 117 hotel rooms, 32 serviced apartments and 42 apartments.
"Picturesque promenades and an extensive boardwalk will feature around the region's new harbour," he said.
"This is going to be a world-class tourism destination and the marina precinct will no doubt be the epicentre of activity.
"We expect to attract the best selection of cafes and restaurant operators to this outstanding development."
MMJ Wollongong director of commercial leasing Michael Croghan described it "as the most exciting hospitality opportunity that has come to the market in this region in living memory and has been decades in the making".
