Three people have been hospitalised after a two car rollover on the Princes Motorway at West Wollongong on Saturday morning.
With reports that two patients were trapped in their cars, three paramedic crews and a specialist medical team were dispatched to the scene near Mount Keira Road overpass just before 10am.

A woman in her was 70s treated for an arm injury and transported in a stable condition to Wollongong Hospital, while another woman in her 70s was treated for chest and back injuries and transported to St George Hospital.
A man in his 30s treated for minor injuries and transported to Wollongong Hospital.
Traffic was backed up for kilometres on both sides of the expressway for more than an hour.
NSW Ambulance duty operations manager Matt Stirling warned people to take care in "treacherous conditions".
"Arriving at any motor vehicle accident is always challenging, even more so when we have multiple patients that need our assistance," he said.
"It was a fantastic team effort from all emergency services in very testing conditions."
"We urge people to not underestimate these treacherous conditions. Please take extra care and look out for each other on the roads. This could have been far worse."
