'Cedar Grove' is a country estate, consisting of two residences, a pool, tennis court and more. It's situated on more than 117 acres of prime rural pasture.
The main homestead was constructed in 2006, while the second cottage was fully renovated in 2015.
There is currently no price guide for the property, and the address is only available on request.
John and Denise Wright bought the property 20 years ago; they moved there permanently 12 years ago. It's currently a working cattle farm and also used as holiday let accommodation.
"Within Kangaroo Valley we live in 'Paradise Gully', and it is paradise," Mr Wright said.
"The solitude, the peace, the quiet and the views."
Other features are three dams including a billabong; six paddocks in total; and cattle yards, crush, race, loading ramp and a carrying capacity of about 40-60 steers or 30 breeders.
Kangaroo Valley has recently become a popular option for high-profile buyers, with TV host Larry Emdur, actor/comedian Tim Minchin and film director George Miller buying properties in the area.
"That extra drive over the mountain from Berry into the valley, and from Bowral into the valley was just a little bit of an inhibitor for some people," Mr Wright told the Mercury.

"But the prices in Berry and the Southern Highlands have exploded, and then people have recognised that it's better value down here. I think it was under-valued for a long time, and it's just catching up now."
Mr Wright said they were selling to downsize due to health reasons, but planned to stay in Kangaroo Valley.
The selling agent for 'Cedar Grove' is Frank Barker from Raine & Horne Southern Highlands.
Mr Barker described it as a "stunning property" and a "signature home for the area", which also offered plenty of privacy.
"The second cottage means it has a myriad of options for people, whether they have extended family live there, use it as their weekender, or Airbnb it," he said.
'Cedar Grove' has been the site of the 'Sculpture in the Valley' arts event.
