Two adults and two children from the same family received positive test results on Friday morning and are in isolation, according to a spokesman for the Southern Highlands Division of General Practice, Dr Vince Roche.
The family that tested positive are not sure where they contracted the coronavirus, and contact tracing is continuing.
Moss Vale Public School has notified everyone who has come into contact with the family at the school, and contact tracing is continuing through NSW Health.
A pop-up testing clinic has been set up at Moss Vale Showground and will be open until 6pm tonight.
"If you have any symptoms, get tested," said Dr Roche.
"If you don't have symptoms, there's no need to get tested."
