The property sits on almost three acres near the mouth of Narrawalle Creek and hosts a three bedroom main residence, separate studio and eight cabins.
The price guide has the property, located at 1 Normany Street in Narrawalle, valued in the mid-to-high $3 million and it is set to go to auction on December 5.
First National agent Paul McDonald said a lot of locals were interested in the property.
"A lot of people locally who lived around the corned didn't even know what was in there - it's very private and secluded," he said.
"Their interest is pretty high, a lot of curiosity obviously, but we've had some good genuine interest as well."
The property was originally developed by Mr Vernon Luckman in the late 1960s/early 1970s and included the cabins, shop and an A-frame house, positioned where the current home is located.
The store was known as Mrs Doherty's and the cabins were known as Lucky's Flats. It was a busy enterprise, keeping the local kids supplied with lollies and seeing many people come and go from the cabins.
The current owners acquired the property in 1978. The A-frame home was demolished to make way for the current home in 2007.
He said several families had made inquires about owning property.
"We've had a number of calls from people who've looked to buy it with their parents and children for the whole family to enjoy and it on it," he said.
"It's a generational type property that will probably stay within the family for another few decades."
Selling agent Mr McDonald said there was lots of possibility for the property.
"It's been interesting hearing some of the ideas people have had for the property."
Subdivison plans have been drawn up (but not approved), there's also potential to rent out the cabins for holiday accommodation or Airbnb.
