The property at 66 Parker Crescent, Berry is for sale with a price guide of $1,350,000 to $1,450,000.
The handcrafted home is located in the prestigious Huntingdale Estate, and features unobstructed bushland views.
Set over two levels and featuring ultra modern styling, the house has been master-built, with bespoke detailing throughout, 6.6kW solar panels and engineered oak flooring.
The main living area is located on the upper level and encompasses a large open plan living area, modern kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, media room and two large outdoor areas, one with bushland views and the other with a spa.
Builder Simon Whyte and wife Cara constructed the home, which took about eight months.
"My favourite feature would probably be the front deck; with the timber lining around the ceiling and the walls, it just frames the view of the escarpment," Mr Whyte said.
"You could stare at it all day, just amazing.
"I designed it and built the home, and it's just a design that works. Good-sized rooms, and it's very energy-efficient.
"It's got a full solar set-up. Our last power bill was $180 in credit."
Less than a year after its completion, Mr Whyte said they were selling the home in order to move their young family closer to the beach, and also the school at Gerringong.
Mr Whyte said the property would likely suit another young family.
"There's a lot of young families around Huntingdale," he said.
"It does feel like a bit of a holiday retreat though... It's elevated and really private once you're inside.
"It's got really nice views, and open plan living.
"It could definitely be a weekender for someone from Sydney."
Selling agent, Angie Ritchie from First National Coast & Country described it as a "beautifully handcrafted property".
"This property is original, unique and master-built," she said.
"The bushland views are perfectly framed by the incredible timber ceiling and walls in the gorgeous outdoor area, and the whole house has been well thought out and designed with comfortable living in mind.
"Generous living spaces and lovely vistas from the living areas along with bespoke finishes make this property altogether spectacular."
