Barnett and partners Vicki Turner (lead), Maureen Murphy (second) and Shirley Lindsay (third) won the 2019 and 2020 titles, with Warilla claiming five successive District Senior Fours titles. Turner and Barnett have been part of the winning Senior Fours team the past five years, while Murphy has been a champion the past three years. Nineteen teams are nominated for the 2021 Senior Fours with the opening round at Windang and Thirroul bowling clubs next Tuesday, and the final at Wiseman Park on January 21. There is one change to Dapto Citizens' defence of its District Open Fours title, with Debbie Kelly, Christine Ellem and skip Kim Suckley returning and Linda Meiser replacing Sofia Paseka, who is skipping another rink. Sixteen teams have nominated for the Open Fours with the opening round at Kiama and Dapto Citizens next Tuesday and the final at Wiseman Park on January 21. Suckley and partners take on Jessie Taylor's Warilla rink in the opening round. The Open and Senior Fours champions go to the Regional Playoff later this year. These teams are then one win away from qualifying for the State Championships.
