Sport activities
NSW school-enrolled children are able to access two $100 Active Kids vouchers that will be available from Service NSW for the entire calendar year.
The two vouchers cannot be combined to pay for a single program costing more than $100 but they can be used with the one provider to help pay the cost of two separate terms.
Creative activities
Thousands of NSW families can save $100 per child per calendar year off the cost of creative and cultural learning activities with the Creative Kids voucher that complements the popular Active Kids vouchers.
Creative Kids vouchers can be used with a registered activity provider for registration, participation and tuition costs for a range of creative and cultural activities.

Schools
Survey research shows that many parents wish to match the school with the individual needs of the child and the values of the family.
Depending on the school, applications may be submitted the year prior to enrolment, but usually several years before you intend to enrol your child. ELC and Year 7 applications should be submitted well in advance.
Some of the more prestigious schools encourage parents to place their child on a waiting list soon after birth.
Applications can usually be submitted throughout the year, although there are cut-off dates each year. Application forms are usually available through the school's website.
It's advisable to check intake years with each school you are considering, as some may not offer places at all years.
