Shellharbour resumed their innings on day two at 2/71, trailing their opponents by 35 runs in their South Coast Cricket two-day clash at Scout Willoughby Oval.
Captain Ned Taylor led the charge with 56 as the visitors pushed ahead to 7/154 before Taylor opted to declare.
Albion Park were then under pressure from the outset in their second innings, with Beau Chamberlain dismissing Thomas Wilson for a duck. The hosts never truly recovered and were bundled out for 77 in the 35th over.
Brown was Shellharbour's chief destroyer, finishing with 4/28 off 11.2 overs to complement his four-wicket haul in the first innings.
Chasing 30 to win, Shellharbour had little trouble, losing just one wicket.
Elsewhere, Lake Illawarra recorded an outright win over Kookas, while Kiama and The Rail were forced to share the honours.
