The court heard Remzi Bektasovski's displayed a "pattern of behaviour" when he allegedly disregarded three then-teenage girls' refusal to have sex with him.
The women have accused Bektasovski of sexually assaulting them on separate occasions between 2016 and 2017 in the Illawarra.
Bektasovski, 22, has pleaded not guilty to five charges including three counts of sexual intercourse without consent; assault with act of indecency and aggravated sexual assault inflicting actual bodily harm.
He is fighting the allegations in a Wollongong District Court trial which began on Monday and is expected to last more than two weeks.
Bektasovski, whose family owns a martial arts business, claims the encounters were all consensual.
Crown prosecutor Michael Fox detailed the allegations against Bektasovski for the 12 jury members; made up of five women and seven men.
The Crown alleges the women's similar accounts establish Bektasovski had a "pattern of behaviour" and a "state of mind" of wanting to have sexual intercourse with the young women "regardless of what they were saying, what they were resisting or their unwillingness".
On Monday afternoon, the first of the three women told the jury she started "flirting" and talking to Bektasovski after going to his 18th birthday party in November 2016.
She said the pair had consensual sex at her house and about a week later arranged for Bektasovski to go to her place one school afternoon.
The pair started making out and were fondling each other however she said Bektasovski became "aggressive".
"He was holding me down on either side of my arms and kissing me forcibly," she said. "It hurt immensely. It hurt to the extent it ended up leaving bruises."
She said she left the room to go to the bathroom but thought she was "being irrational". A short time later she went back into the room and resumed kissing Bektasovski on the bed.
The woman said Bektasovski took off her underwear and started rubbing his penis "aggressively" on the inside of her thighs and across her vagina.
"I told him I didn't want to to do this anymore, that he needed to stop," she said. "He kept repeating it's OK, it's OK, it's just like last time.
"I told him to stop ... definitely more than once."
The woman told the court with tears in her eyes that Bektasovski "shoved" his penis inside her causing her "excruciating" pain.
"I cried out in pain. I did tell him to stop again. He kept going, he put his hand on my throat ... I just went quiet. I didn't know what to do because I couldn't do anything."
The woman said she told him to "f--- off" after he finished and stood there with a "smirk".
"I was upset, I was on the verge of breaking down," she said.
"I had a shower, and scrubbed myself until I was red raw. I cried and cried."
The woman said she sent Bektasovski a message the next day saying "dude you raped me" and she claimed he "made excuses", replying "it was just like last time".
She said she noticed bruising on her shoulders, genital region and thighs in the days after the alleged assault.
The woman made a statement in 2019 after two other women contacted police alleging Bektasovski raped them.
The Crown alleges the second teenager began a sexual relationship with Bektasovski in 2016.
Mr Fox said on one occasion, Bektasovski was "persistent" in telling the girl he was coming to her home in February 2017 despite her telling him she did not want to have sex that day.
The Crown alleges the girl allowed him to "grind" up against her but did not consent to the sex that followed.
Mr Fox alleged Bektasovski told the girl "I knew you would enjoy it if I forced you".
The third teenager knew Bektasovski from high school and the pair agreed to meet up.
The Crown alleges Bektasovski "coerced" the girl into performing oral sex on him.
A short time later he allegedly followed her into a laundry where he tried to pull down her underwear as she tried to keep them on.
The girl allegedly told Bektasovski "I'm not having sex with you" but he persisted before she "reluctantly" agreed to let him grind on her genital region.
The Crown alleges Bektasovski then had penial vagina intercourse with the girl without her consent as he pushed her into the sink while she tried to push back and stop him.
"She was powerless to do anything because of the position she was in," Mr Fox said.
Mr Fox said the girl was "physically shaking and crying" after the alleged rape and immediately left as soon as her father arrived to pick her up.
Defence barrister Matthew Johnston gave a brief opening address to the jury where he said many aspects of the Crown's case would be disputed.
He said Bektasovski believed the girls were consenting during the sexual intercourse and he did not force himself upon any of them.
Mr Johnson indicated Bektasovski would take the stand to give his version of events.
The trial continues.
