A P-plater has been charged over a crash in Picton on Sunday that left a motorcyclist and their passenger in a serious condition.

The accident happened about 12.45pm when a Ford Falcon XR6 collided with a Harley Davidson motorcycle at an intersection.
Witnesses told police the sedan was being driven west along Picton Road when it turned right into Wilton Park Road, allegedly in front of the Harley.
The rider, a 56-year-old man, and pillion, a 47-year-old woman, suffered multiple injuries after being thrown from the bike.
They were treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to Liverpool Hospital in a serious condition.
The driver, a 19-year-old man, was transported to Campbelltown Hospital for mandatory testing before being arrested and taken to Narellan Police Station.
He has been charged with two counts of dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm, negligent driving occasioning grievous bodily harm, and not display P-plates.
He has been refused bail to appear at Picton Local Court on Monday.
The Crash Investigation Unit attended the accident scene and commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
