Traffic has started moving again following a crash at Windang on Wednesday afternoon.
Police have left the scene.
Earlier
Paramedics are treating a motorcyclist for a suspected head injury after a crash on Windang Bridge on Wednesday afternoon.
NSW Ambulance was called to the scene shortly after 1.50pm.
The patient is conscious and breathing.
There are heavy traffic conditions southbound on Windang Road as a result of the crash.
