A man will face Wollongong Local Court today, accused of playing a role in the supply of methamphetamine in the Illawarra.

The 38-year-old was arrested at a home in Nanawilli Street, Berkeley Wednesday morning after Strike Force Cohen detectives, with the assistance of the Southern Region Enforcement Squad, Public Order Riot Squad, Lake Illawarra Police District and Dog Unit, raided two Berkeley addresses.
During a search of the properties, police seized several items including methamphetamine, cannabis, cash, and a motor vehicle believed to have been obtained from the proceeds of crime.
These items will undergo forensic examination.
The 38-year-old was charged with supplying a large commercial quantity of a prohibited drug, supplying a commercial quantity of a prohibited drug, 26 counts of supplying a prohibited drug, and two counts of supplying a prohibited drug on an ongoing basis.
He was refused bail to appear at Wollongong Local Court today.
Police have already charged four people - three men aged 30, 37 and 55, and a 44-year-old woman - with drug supply offences under Strike Force Cohen.
They were charged in August last year.
Strike Force Cohen was established by Wollongong Police District detectives to investigate the supply of methamphetamine throughout the region.
Police say investigations are ongoing and they expect to make further arrests.
