About 12.45pm on February 28 emergency services were called to the intersection of Picton Road and Wilton Park Road after a Ford Falcon XR6 and a Harley Davidson motorcycle collided.
Officers from Camden Police Area Command and the Crash Investigation Unit attended and commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
The rider, a 56-year-old man, and pillion passenger, a 47-year-old woman, suffered multiple injuries after being thrown from the bike.
They were treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance Paramedics before being taken to Liverpool Hospital in a serious condition.
On Saturday morning the woman died in hospital.
The driver, a 19-year-old man, was not injured. He was charged at the time and remains before the courts.
A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
