They both suffered multiple injuries and were taken to Liverpool Hospital in a serious condition.
On Sunday, a GoFundMe page was set up by Ms Blazevska's daughter's partner and had so far raised more than $8,000 in two days as of 5pm on Monday.
Ron Guardala, who is the boyfriend of Marija Blazevska, said Ms Blazevska was found unconscious at the scene on February 28, and was in a deep coma until Sunday where she died.
"She has left behind two beautiful daughters Marija (20) and Angela (17) both who are students," he wrote.
"They would appreciate any help they could get from the community in this difficult time to assist them with funeral costs, and emergency funding as she was a single mother.
"Rest in peace Jasmina."
The 19-year-old male p-plater driving the XR6 has since been charged by police with two counts of dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm, negligent driving occasioning grievous bodily harm, and not displaying P-plates.
