Australia is an incredible country. However, most of us will live our entire lives and never get to see all of it.

So when was the last time you went exploring in our backyard? More specifically, when was the last time you visited Regional NSW?

Rich with history, culture, sweeping landscapes, and amazing towns and cities - full of equally amazing people - it is a treasure trove of hidden gems.

That's why Travelrite International has put together an amazing Rail and Coach Exploration of NSW, which will see tour members traverse their way from the Blue Mountains to the Central Ranges, Central NSW and New England before finishing up on the picturseque North Coast.

The tour is fully escorted and includes rail and coach travel, sightseeing tours in each region and special events for tour members.

The tour will begin on Sunday, October 29, 2021, at Sydney's Central Station where travellers will board the XPT train to the historical city of Bathurst.

Over the next 13 days they will also visit the beautiful towns and cities of Cowra, Parkes, Orange, Dubbo, Tamworth, Armidale and Coffs Harbour, before journeying back to Sydney on Sunday, October 31.

Aside from the breathtaking scenery it will also include visits to tourist attractions like the home of former Prime Minister Ben Chifley and the iconic Mount Panorama racetrack, home to the Bathurst 1000.

In Cowra, you will tour the Japanese War Cemetery, POW Camps and stunning Japanese Gardens.

When the tour makes its way to Parkes you will be able to pay tribute to The King at the 'King's Castle Elvis Exhibit' before visiting the famous 'Dish' that helped transmit images of the moon landing.

There will also be an opportunity for some wine tasting in Orange as well as a visit to the Australian Country Music Hall of Fame in Tamworth.

You will enjoy a panoramic tour of Armidale, where you will get an amazing view of its grand cathedrals and colonial buildings in green, tree-lined streets, before travelling through the Cathedral Rock National Park to Coffs Harbour.

In Coffs, you will see some of the spectacular beaches and marine conservation areas, including the Solitary Islands Marine Park and Muttonbird Island.

You'll also travel inland to Sealy Lookout in Orara East State Forest and stop at the 'Big Banana'.

The tour price per person/twin share is $3,900 with a single supplement of $1,000. This includes accommodation, breakfast daily, and both welcome and farewell dinners. It also includes first-class train and coach travel as well as sightseeing and general entrance fees.
