A young Illawarra man with an alleged "foot fetish" has been granted bail despite accusations he repeatedly raped a woman at his Mangerton home after he met her on Tinder.

Lochlan Campbell-Buck, 24, fronted Wollongong Local Court on Monday to apply for release after he presented himself to police on Sunday.
Campbell-Buck was charged with three counts of having sexual intercourse without consent, sexually touching another person without consent and intentionally choking a person without consent.
In documents tendered to court, police allege Campbell-Buck, who now works as a cleaner, met a woman on dating app Tinder.
On one occasion, the woman told police she woke to find Campbell-Buck standing at the end of her bed naked.
She alleged he was masturbating and touching her toes without her consent.
The woman claims Campbell-Buck expressed his love of her feet and had a sexual foot fetish.
During the course of their acquaintance, the woman alleged Campbell-Buck forced her to give him oral sex and that "consensual sex became non-existent" as he continued to rape her, the police documents said.
The woman alleged she told Campbell-Buck "no", pushed him away or told him to stop but he would ignore her pleas.
On one occasion the woman said she woke up to the man raping her and when she pushed him off and said, "what are you doing?" he allegedly replied, "I'm just playing around".
The woman alleged that Campbell-Buck would remove her pyjamas and commit sexual acts without her consent and despite her pleas to "stop".
The police documents said Campbell-Buck allegedly sent a message to the woman which read, "I'm sorry I forced sex on you, I'm sorry I keep hurting you, I'm sorry I cant control my anger, I'm sorry for everything.
"I'm sorry I promise I'll stop. Tonight will be nothing, you'll wake up with more clothes on then when you went to sleep," the message continued.
On another occasion, they allegedly got into an argument after Campbell-Buck accused the woman of cheating on him.
Police allege Campbell-Buck got on top of the woman, who was lying on a bed, straddled his legs either side of her waist, yelled at her and placed both hands around her throat before he squeezed tightly to the point she passed out.
In a text the next day, Campbell-Buck allegedly said, when asked if he enjoyed choking the woman, "I hurt you and I don't like that but I think I enjoyed it when I did it. It's the power behind it."
In another text message, Campbell-Buck allegedly said, "I always appreciate sex even if it's forced".
Campbell-Buck also allegedly sent a text message to the woman that read, "your consent means nothing to me, but it means everything to you.
"I want to force sex on you ... I hate you, I hate me but I love us."
Police became involved after a second choking incident. Campbell-Buck was convicted and given a three-month community corrections order for that offence and an apprehended violence order was imposed which prohibits contact between the pair.
In court on Monday, police prosecutor Sergeant Sean Thackray opposed bail noting Campbell-Buck appeared to make admissions in the text messages sent to the woman where he got "gratification" from the alleged acts and was "unable to control himself".
Sgt Thackray said it was a strong prosecution case, a custodial sentence would likely be imposed if Campbell-Buck was convicted and no bail conditions could mitigate the risk to the community or him committing further serious offences.
Defence lawyer Stewart Holt told the court his client needed to be at liberty to continue his mental health treatment after he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder with schizophrenic tendencies as well as anxiety and depression.
Mr Holt also noted his client would likely be in custody for a long time due to the delay in court proceedings, he did not have a lengthy criminal history and planned to defend the allegations.
Magistrate Claire Girotto granted Campbell-Buck bail noting the risks could be mitigated if he reported to police daily, lived at Dolls Point with his father, did not contact the woman nor use online dating sites.
An acceptable person was also required to provide a character reference and provide $500 surety.
The case was adjourned to May 27.
