The property at 53A Gipps Street, Kiama is due to go to auction on May 2.
There is currently no price guide available for this home.
Featuring four bedrooms and three bathrooms, the home is positioned north-easterly with unobstructed 180-degree views of the beach, rock platforms, waves and the green mountains beyond.
There is direct beach access from your very own private gated stairs.
The tri-level home also includes a parents' retreat.
Karen van Druten and husband Karl Steeb, who have both since retired, bought the property 11 years ago.
"Whatever you think it might be like, it exceeds all expectations because it gives you this (sense of being) in touch with nature, so you feel connected to the water," Ms van Druten said of the home.

"You have the serenity of surfing and walking the beach, as well as all the facilities of Kiama.
"So it's just been a joy.
"A respite and a joy, after busily working all our lives, then having this idyllic home."
The home was renovated and extended eight years ago.
Ms van Druten said they were selling the property in order to move back to Melbourne, with their long-term plans to relocate there expedited by the COVID-19 pandemic.
"It just seems opportune; people are more interested in regionally relocating and working from home," she said.
"Those kinds of options have just accelerated the market in Kiama, as it has everywhere else."
Selling agent, Melinda Budd from Ray White Kiama said it was an "absolutely stunning" property.
"I believe it's the only house in Kiama that is absolute beachfront with your own private beach access," she said.
She said there was some local interest in the home.
Ms Budd said there had also been interest from prospective Sydney buyers, with some keen on using it as a permanent residence, and others as a weekender/holiday let.
