And he will run head first into a one-on-one battle with Shamrocks' former Australian Sevens captain Jesse Parahi.
The two unbeaten sides will face off at Shoalhaven Rugby Park in an expected high-quality contest.
After missing last week's win over Uni, Miller is free to play for his junior club with the Brumbies having the bye this weekend.
Shamrocks coach Paul Ridgway recognises Miller's presence adds an extra element to the game, however he's confident Parahi and the rest of his squad can rise to his level.
"We have a test going down to Shoalhaven," Ridgway said. "It's been a little while since we've had success down there, 2017 was the last time we won down there.
"We're looking forward to having Jesse on the back of our scrum, bringing an attacking impetus and a presence defensively. With the Brandon brothers and the Miller boys running around, plus Jesse, it will be a pretty good contest."
Shoalhaven coach Paul Connor is also eager to watch the pair face off, however he stressed the individual battle will not determine the match. Instead, Connor has challenged his entire pack to step up and win the physical contest up front to set a platform for the backs to attack.
"A single player doesn't make a good side," Connor said. "It will be a good battle between Will and Jesse, he will add a lot to that side but we're hoping to be dominant across the park.
"Our forwards have won us our first three games, we're hoping nothing will change this week. Where we have struggled is in our backs. The last few years our success has come through backs, that's where we're looking to pick up our game this weekend."
The impact of Miller and Parahi's presence has been felt beyond the playing field.
The pair have attracted new players to their clubs, with Parahi coaching Shamrocks' junior academy.
For Ridgway, having athletes of Miller and Parahi's calibre can only lift the standard of Illawarra Rugby.
"It's good to have them in and around this competition," Ridgway said.
"Jesse's presence changes the way our guys view things, the way they train and prepare.
''Jesse brings a level of professionalism to the things we do and it rubs off on the guys who maybe haven't been exposed to that before."
Also on Saturday, rivals Vikings and Kiama will face off, with Avondale to host Tech. University travel to Campbelltown and Camden play Bowral.
