Olympic made it five wins in a row with the 3-nil triumph, with a Josh Macdonald double ensuring their unbeaten record stayed in tact.
"It's just about banking points at the moment," coach George Antoniou said.
"It doesn't mean too much yet, we've still got some really good teams that we haven't played, but it's nice to start the season this way.
"It was a fair battle early on, but once we got the first goal we took a bit of control of the game."
Tory Musumeci opened the scoring for Olympic, before Macdonald extended the lead to 2-nil at half-time.
Elsewhere, Bulli held off Cringila to win 2-1 on Friday night.
Guy Knight handed Bulli the lead at half-time, before Mitch del Turco doubled the advantage in the 55th minute.
However, a 76th own goal, when Bulli failed to deal with a cross, setup a nervy finish.
Port Kembla secured a point after Jordan Nikolovski scored an 81st minute goal to finished 2-all with Tarrawanna.
Bailey Fleming had handed Port the lead, but Joel Starr and Jacob Gjorsevski turned the tables with a stunning second-half surge, only to be pegged back late.
Woonona outlasted Corrimal 3-2 in an entertaining clash, while Cameron Morgan was the destroyer in Albion Park's 3-nil victory over South Coast United.
Wollongong United outclassed Bellambi 3-1.
