His fears stem from NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian telling an infrastructure summit on Thursday that the government would look again at "asset recycling" to finance projects.
"Gladys Berejiklian has to come clean with the local community and tell us exactly what Wollongong publicly-owned assets she wants to flog-off to the highest bidder," Mr Scully asked.
"Let's also remember that Ms Berejiklian herself promised at the last election that there would be no further sell-off of any public assets."
The Shadow Minister for Natural Resources said the Liberal/Nationals state government had already sold $82.2 billion worth of public assets, including the Port of Port Kembla, Pillar Superannuation Administration, the State Office Block in Crown Street and half of Endeavour Energy, which services the Illawarra region.
"What is on the for sale list now that we as taxpayers already own?" Mr Scully said.
"Will there be a change of heart on Wollongong Entertainment Centre and WIN Stadium going under the hammer?
"Are more social housing assets on the agenda given the Government has already sold 291 properties for over $153.6 million over the last 10 years in the Wollongong local government area?
"Is the 'For Sale' sign going up in front of Wollongong and West Wollongong TAFE campuses?
'It's time Gladys Berejiklian was open and honest with our community about what assets that we already own will be sold to pay for Sydney infrastructure projects, which consistently blow out by billions of dollars."
