The property is located at 53A Gipps Street, Kiama.
It sold for $4.2 million.
According to selling agent, Melinda Budd from Ray White Kiama, the home was sold to a Kiama buyer.
Featuring four bedrooms and three bathrooms, the home is positioned north-easterly with unobstructed 180-degree views of the beach, rock platforms, waves and the green mountains beyond.
There is direct beach access from your very own private gated stairs.
The tri-level home also includes a parents' retreat.
Sellers Karen van Druten and husband Karl Steeb, who have both since retired, bought the property 11 years ago.

"Whatever you think it might be like, it exceeds all expectations because it gives you this (sense of being) in touch with nature, so you feel connected to the water," Ms van Druten recently told the Mercury.
The home was renovated and extended eight years ago.
Ms van Druten said they were selling the property in order to move back to Melbourne, with their long-term plans to relocate there expedited by the COVID-19 pandemic.
