Prajapati faced Port Kembla Local Court on Tuesday, charged with intentionally sexually touching a child between 10 and 16 years of age and two counts of common assault.
Police allege three 12-year-old girls were swimming in a wave pool on March 13 when they were allegedly grabbed by the waist by a man who wasn't known to them.
The girls left the pool and reported the incident to staff and police.
Prajapati was arrested and charged on March 24 at Blacktown Police Station.
He was granted bail under the condition he not enter water parks where children may be present, and not approach or attempt to contact the alleged victims.
The case will return to Port Kembla court on June 23.
