Ms Crowe's visit comes just weeks before the Shoalhaven Heads eatery hosts a South Coast young chef dinner.
Nathan Clowry, Tristan Rebbettes, Eilish Maloney, Jasmine Sawa and Bryce Mason will each plate up one snack and one course to deliver a range of flavours to the night while paying homage to local, native ingredients.
Bangalay restaurant manager Ronnie Gorman said he wanted to bring young chefs together and help put the South Coast on the dining map.
"Having such a large area to cover makes it hard for restaurants and their staff to meet each other and build up that community within the industry," he said.
"The first two chefs I approached were Eilish Maloney and Tristan Rebbettes.
"Working with both of these chefs at Saint Peter I have watched their careers blossom over the past couple of years, so I'm very excited to see what the future will bring for both of these young chefs."
