The new apartment release is called Ancora.
At Thursday's ballot, the first time Ancora apartments have been offered, 48 apartments sold.
According to the developers, 48 out of 64 apartments were snapped up by a mix of first home buyers, investors, young families and empty nesters looking to downsize.
The average price of the 48 apartments sold on Thursday was $1.2 million, with a three-bedroom penthouse selling for more than $2 million.
With a harbourside position to the north of the Shell Cove Town Centre, The Waterfront Dining Precinct and The Waterfront Tavern, Ancora will feature 64 one, two and three-bedroom apartments across three buildings.
All the one-bedroom apartments have now sold, with only two and three-bedrooms remaining.
Ancora will feature a residents-only infinity pool with views over the surrounding landscape and out to the marina.
"Most purchasers were still locals but the growing number of purchasers from Sydney, Canberra and beyond demonstrates the broad appeal of the unique lifestyle proposition on offer," Simone Dyer, development director Shell Cove, Frasers Property Australia said earlier this week.
Meanwhile, aerial images (see above) and footage captured by Rhys Collum earlier this week illustrate the progress and scale of the Shell Cove project.
