Earlier this month, a crane was erected on the fully excavated construction site.
Structural works are reportedly on track and will continue through to the end of the year, with completion set for mid-2022.
The boutique development consists exclusively of three-bedroom apartments.
The apartments start from $945,000.
More than 30 per cent have already been sold.
The apartments are set to boast sea and escarpment views.
St Trinity Property Group is the developer for Ridgewaters Kiama.
It's not the group's first venture into Kiama, having also completed the 'Bathers Kiama' development.
Managing director of St Trinity Property Group, Nicholas El-Khoury said he was happy with the progress made at this stage of the building process, and was ensuring that the development will be delivered to a high standard resulting in a "resounding satisfaction" for the buyers.
"We take great pride in the exceptional quality of all of our developments and Ridgewaters Kiama will be no exception," Mr El-Khoury said.
"I have every confidence that our team of experienced builders will deliver for our purchasers.
"We are determined to meet deadlines while remaining meticulous in everything we do."
Elsewhere, Kiama's market remains in high demand, with a Sydney businessman recently snapping up 100 acres of vacant land at Kiama for an eye-watering $7.6 million.
Also, the home at 7 Myuna Place, Kiama sold for $3,050,000 prior to auction, after just 19 days on the market.
