One of the men is accused of punching a 73-year-old man and stealing his vehicle in Dapto on the evening of Friday, June 18.
The man allegedly approached and threatened the victim as he got into his vehicle at the intersection of the Princes Highway and Avondale Road.
It was alleged he then punched the victim, demanded his keys and fled in the car.
Police intercepted the vehicle and arrested a 49-year-old man.
He was charged with five offences, including assault with intent to take motor vehicle and driving having never been licensed.
That same day, a pizza delivery driver was stopped on Devonshire Crescent in Oak Flats when he was approached by a man.
The man allegedly threatened the 26-year-old delivery driver with a screwdriver and demanded money, then left in the vehicle.
The stolen vehicle was found at a Berkeley home where police arrested a 33-year-old man and subsequently charged him with robbery while armed with an offensive weapon.
Both men will appear at Wollongong Local Court later this month.
