The teenager will ride Halliday Road for her boss in a 1010 metres BenchMark 58 at Moruya.
Faulks will then return to guide Clergyman for Lauren Davies in the final race of the day.
The youngster started riding trackwork for Gwenda Markwell at 15. She eventually commenced her apprenticeship with the trainer before moving to Bateup earlier this year.
Faulks is one of five female apprentices at Kembla Grange, the group part of a growing wave of female jockeys taking over the sport.
"She's put in the hard work, done plenty of trials and Friday is the next step," Bateup said.
"It's start number 70 for Halliday Road so he can show her the way around and she can sit and steer in her first start.
"He needs the run, so he's the ideal horse for her to kick off and then Lauren's put her on Clergyman which is another nice, experienced horse for her.
"The two rides are a nice starting point for her and she's very excited."
