Last week the cafe shut after it was announced an active COVID-19 case had attended the venue.
"We've been dreading something like this happening since last May," owner Jo McLuskey said.
"You feel sick when you hear of another small business going through it, and it's been a pretty tough week."
A number of staff who worked on the day the case attended remain in isolation.
The cafe has been deep cleaned and all NSW Health directives followed.
Mrs McLuskey thanked customers for their support, but said she understood if people were staying home, given the escalation of the recent outbreak.
"The support we've received on social media has been amazing," she said.
"We can't wait to welcome people back when they feel comfortable to return."
