A gym, a McDonald's franchise, a supermarket, a doctor's surgery and a dermatology clinic are all among fresh areas of COVID concern in the Illawarra.

A COVID- positive person used the drive-through at the Warrawong McDonald's on Saturday between 1.30pm and 2.15pm.
"The health and safety of our people and our customers is our priority," a McDonald's spokeswoman said.
"In accordance with directions received from the NSW Department of Health, the restaurant was not required to close to conduct a deep clean.
"McDonald's Australia uses high-grade cleaning products throughout the strict cleaning, quality control and hygiene procedures in every shift at each of our restaurants."
On Thursday July 15 a COVID case was at Woolworths' Dapto store's service desk between 11.54am and 11.58am
"As a food retailer, we already have very high standards of cleaning and hygiene in place, and the store will have a detailed deep clean overnight on Monday," a Woolworths spokeswoman said.
Employees have been informed by NSW Health this is classed as a "casual contact".
"Customers and team members should be assured they can continue to safely shop and work at our Woolworths Dapto store," she said.
Wollongong Dermatology in Church Street has been notified by NSW Health that a confirmed COVID case visited the practice on July 15.
In a phone recording to patients, the practice stated the case visited the clinic between 10am and 11am on that day.

The practice is now closed until further notice, with patients being contacted to rearrange appointments.
Dapto Medical Doctors is also closed for cleaning after a confirmed COVID case visited the practice last Friday afternoon.
A recorded phone message to patients said the Princes Hwy practice would reopen on August 2.
In Kiama, the One Fitness gym in Shoalhaven Street has undergone a deep clean after a member was alerted by NSW Health that they were a close contact of a known COVID-19 case.
The gym has used its Instagram page to alert patrons about the situation.
"Our member has taken all appropriate steps by alerting ourselves, self isolating and getting tested for COVID 19," the post stated.
"Importantly, they also complied with the new No Mask - No Training rule and was wore a mask whenever at the gym. The member only attended the group training side and did not enter the 24/7 side of the gym."
The gym owners have contacted all members who were in the gym at the same time, advising them to get tested and self-isolate.
