The Kembla Grange apprentice rode four winners, the last with Cuban Royale for masters Robert and Luke Price.
Ryan was patient aboard the gelding, waiting for a split to open before he charged through to claim an impressive victory and complete the best day of the young jockey's career.
"I'm just over the moon," Ryan told Sky Racing.
"I've been an apprentice to Rob and Luke for probably the last two years now, they've helped me heaps with my riding. Luke was a great rider himself and he's a great mate.
"It's great to repay them and the owners, they're big supporters of mine too."
The day started with a win for Terry Robinson's So Say You in the Highway before Ryan rode Chat to victory in the July Sprint.
The third triumph came through No Compromise, the gelding edging Sound Of Cannons by a nose.
Saturday's outing came after a horror run for the jockey, Ryan injured in a fall at Canterbury in November.
After working hard to return for the autumn, the apprentice broke his leg in a trackwork fall at Kembla Grange in March.
The injury cost him a number of rides on board stable star Jamaea, the filly going on to win the Group 2 Percy Sykes during the Championships.
The time off has led to an extension of his apprenticeship until December. Once that is up, Luke Price expects the jockey to enjoy sustained success in the years to come.
Saturday was also a big day for Cuban Royale, the win his first Saturday city winner.
The six-year-old has been knocking on the door for a couple of years and Price said he travelled north confident the gelding would break through.
"This was really well deserved this Saturday win for the horse," Price said. "He's been unlucky a couple of times so it was good to get it done.
"He's been working really well at home, we've just had to wait and wait because of these wet tracks.
"He was really well-weighted with Brock's ride, he got the good track and away he went."
