Mark Julius Kleeberg, 63, of Bowral, was charged with assault officer in execution of duty and resist officer in execution of duty. Kleeberg, who was legally represented, was not required to appear at Moss Vale Local Court on August 3.
The third charge of incite to resist/hinder police officer in execution duty was withdrawn.
Magistrate Mark Douglass adjourned the matter to September 22, and said Kleeberg must enter a plea on that date.
The accused was excused from attending in person if legally represented.
