Set on 1.3 hectares, the four-bedroom plus study, two-bathroom property is located at 6 Jubarrah Lane, Illaroo.
The home, surrounded by gum trees and an abundance of wildlife, was bought by its current owners in 2013.
Since then, they have transformed the interiors of the property, with neutral tones and colourful standout features.
One of the owners said they had conducted extensive work to the exterior and interior of the property.
"We've added an entry, verandahs, carports, done bathroom renovations and a lot of painting as well.
"There's also a lot of exterior work, such as plantings in the garden."
The owner said her favourite features of the home included the entertainment-style kitchen.
"It's very open, in the middle of the entertaining space; it's a pleasure to prepare food in that kitchen," she said.
"It's an entertaining dream, I love it. You can spread out the food platters over the polished concrete benches."
The home is built over three levels, with the master at entry level and steps which lead down to the open-plan living room, kitchen and dining room.
Sliding doors lead out to large entertaining areas, with seating and a fire table for cooler nights.
The parents' retreat, a large open fireplace and high-end finishes are other key features.
The seller said the home would suit many different demographics, from a young family to an investor.
"It's a very easy home to live in and low maintenance," she said.
"I love the peacefulness of living there.
"It's incredibly relaxing - it's tucked away at the end of the laneway and very private."
Selling agent, Carrie Bond from Bond Lifestyle Properties said located on a private lane, close to the artistic hub Bundanon Homestead, Illaroo is home to only a handful of properties.
The previous sale there took place in 2019.
She said there had been "unbelievable" levels of interest in the property, primarily from Sydney buyers.
"The house is immaculate - you can just move straight in," she said.
