Paul Boultwood said like many events the COVID-19 pandemic was the reason for the cancellation of the state's largest free one-day festival in September.
"This is not a decision that we wanted to reach or took lightly, but due to the ever-changing government regulations and unknown lockdown restrictions we regrettably need to cancel the event for 2021," he said.
"The safety of our guests, partners, stall holders and volunteers are paramount and due to the limits that have been placed upon event organisers incorporating the unknown we too have reluctantly decided to cancel our 2021 event.
"Spring into Corrimal is only made possible due to our sponsors and supporters, as we receive no money to operate from any government source.
"Due to the continued pandemic, numerous businesses have had to close for an extended period thus making it hard to receive sponsorship money for any community projects including Spring into Corrimal.
"We thank everybody for their understanding and wish everyone well, hopefully we will be able to meet again in 2022 for Spring into Corrimal on Sunday September 11th."
Mr Boultwood still encouraged the community to support local businesses.
He said also encouraged people to like and follow the Corrimal Chamber of Commerce or Spring into Corrimal Facebook page where they can receive up to date information on restrictions and information about the latest relief packages for individuals and businesses.
