For the successful buyer of a newly listed Wollongong property, that dream will soon be reality (when the Dragons are able to play at home again, that is).
The two-bedroom, fourth-floor apartment, located at 14/2 Burelli Street is now for sale.
It's situated in the 52-unit 'Harbour Apartments' complex on the corner of Harbour and Burelli streets.
The complex is located close to cafes, bars and restaurants, shopping, WIN Stadium's entertainment precinct, public transport and City Beach.
Features include galley style gas kitchen with sleek stone benchtops and breakfast bar; and views of the city skyline, escarpment and the ocean.
But the biggest drawcard, depending on which team you barrack for, could be the views of the Dragons' Wollongong home base of WIN Stadium.
Selling agent, Linda Villella from City Beach Properties said the fourth level afforded the complex's best views of the stadium.
"You would be able to quite comfortably sit on your balcony and watch 90 per cent of the game," she said.
"There is a section that's kind of cut out, but you'd be able to capture the atmosphere, and not only watch a game, but the whole ambience of looking into a stadium and having the sea view as the backdrop is lovely."
Wollongong Wolves Football Club also play some of their home games at WIN, while the stadium has hosted major musical acts such as Elton John.
Ms Villella said there had been interest in the property from at least a couple of Dragons fans.
She said it would also have appeal for downsizers looking for a sea change.
Ms Villella said the apartment was currently tenanted until later in the year, and was being sold by an investor who bought it off-the-plan.
The home has been listed at $1,020,000, but offers may be considered.
