Bangalay Dining is among those introducing chef prepared finish-at-home meals.
The Bangalay at Home concept comes with easy to follow instructions and the fine dining restaurant at Bangalay Luxury Villas is not only targeting locals in the Shoalhaven.
Michelle Bishop said Bangalay Dining is also planning to deliver to Kiama, Shellharbour, Wollongong, Sutherland, the Inner West, Randwick, Waverley, Woollahra, Sydney, North Sydney, Mosman and local government areas on the Northern Beaches.
"We are going to take it to Sydney on Saturday," Mrs Bishop said.
"We checked with Service NSW and we are allowed to deliver.
"We are just going to do 25 deliveries each week. It is a great way to way for us to connect with our Sydney audience."
With Bangalay Dining and Bangalay Luxury Villas so popular with the metro market Tourism Shoalhaven have also seen the move as a great opportunity to remind the metro market about the region. It is including tourist brochures so people can start planning a South Coast holiday after lockdown.
"We would love to be picked up by someone like Providoor. That would save us so many logistical issues," Mrs Bishop said.
"We know until Sydney opens up we are going to be in a real holding pattern."
The Bangalay Dining lockdown menu changes weekly and starts this Friday, Saturday and Sunday with three course meals for $50.
Sydney delivery orders need to be placed by 5pm Wednesday and local pick-up orders available Friday, Saturday and Sunday in the Shoalhaven but must be ordered by 5pm Thursday.
Meals for locations between Gerroa are Sydney is available on Saturdays between 12noon and 6pm and are limited to 20 deliveries initially limited to Sutherland, Inner West, Randwick, Waverley, Woollahra, Sydney, North Sydney, Mosman and the Northern Beaches.
"We are going to keep the menu the same for the first two weeks," Mrs Bishop said.
"And will then be changing the menu weekly which will be available to see online."
Mrs Bishop said she had been looking at what was happening in Sydney but while Bangalay was able to stay open to locals it was enough business to keep going.
But when the lockdown extended to all of NSW and Canberra the restaurant transitioned its lunch menu to hot takeaways customers could come and pick up seven days a week and Friday nights.
Mrs Bishop, restaurant manager Ronnie Gorman and chef Simon Evans and his team then looked at what they could do to offer people something to really look forward to every weekend as a celebration to get to the end of another week in lockdown.
They came up with the three course Taste of Bangalay at home dinner menu.
"We are also doing our pasta pack which has been really popular," she said.
"You can add that on to your meal. But it is also available any day. People often call in for a coffee and pick up a pasta pack to take home."
